Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. International orders will be sent by U.S. Express Mail Orders to P.O. BOXES, and APO"s, FPO"s, AFB"s and U.S. Military addresses will be shipped by U.S. Mail - a $5.00 surcharge may apply. Orders for items which are currently in stock, typically arrive in two to seven business days. Items not in stock will require the necessary time to be manufactured. HOWEVER WE"LL DO OUR BEST TO ACHIEVE A MAXIMUM WAIT OF ONE TO THREE WEEKS IN ANY CASE, FOR ANY PART OF THE WORLD (time includes product processing).

Company Guidelines
Restocking Fees
Please contact Customer Service regarding any return. All returns must be authorized by Vixen"s Visions and must be in original packaging with any and all tags attached. Any returns sent to Vixens Visons without prior approval will be refused. Returns postmarked seven days after Return Authorization has been issued may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to TX. If your order is taxable, we will apply 8.25% sales tax when your order is processed by our computer system.
Chargebacks and Reversals
We handle theft through chargebacks and reversals as potential criminal cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of product. In cases where we have provided a product and we have verified that a client has received a it , possible actions taken by the company may include the following: disabling access to your account, filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of services. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the Company. Please be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored on the site. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a client if there is fraudulent use or theft of services.
